Pay: $21 - $23 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through voice or electronic correspondence to determine reasons for overdue payments and payment status
- Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collections
- Receive payments and reconcile customer accounts
- Communicate with given sales force on credit status, problem resolving and payment strategy of customer accounts, including monthly A/R reviews with sales
