Job Description
The FSE will work through technical documentation information and provide service support and troubleshooting.
They will also work on engineering life cycle stuff from their desk. There will be multiple types of equipment they can work with.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Experience with maintenance repair and troubleshooting of machines and equipment as related to mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems either in a practical or classroom environment
- Basic industrial control/systems knowledge
- Worked with blueprints, manuals or schematics
- Strong documentation skills
- Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
- Familiar with XML
- Understanding of lifecycle support methodologies
- Troubleshooting experience
- Robotics experience would be ideal
- Six Sigma is a plus
