About Our Client:

Addison Group is working on behalf of a valued client to identify an experienced HRIS Analyst with deep knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce. Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a hands-on professional to support, optimize, and maintain their HR technology platform while contributing to data integrity, compliance, and process improvement across the business.

Job Description:

The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary support for all functional aspects of the Dayforce platform. This role will manage integrations, support internal users, generate data-driven reports, and play a key part in ongoing system configuration and administration efforts. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and a strong understanding of HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Dayforce modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Performance, and Compensation.
  • Resolve user issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Ceridian support for escalations.
  • Manage file transfers and third-party integrations such as benefits carriers and retirement plan administrators.
  • Process and audit employee lifecycle data including hires, terminations, and internal moves.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and Finance decision-making.
  • Analyze large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies using advanced Excel tools (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas).
  • Ensure data consistency across payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
  • Maintain appropriate system access and security roles across HRIS users.
  • Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant data management policies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Ceridian Dayforce across multiple modules
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis functions
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience managing file feeds and third-party system integrations
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
