Job Responsibilities:
· Review invoices and check requests for accurate account codes.
· Maintain AP records.
· Prepare and process deposits, journal entries, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, etc.
· Process monthly, quarterly, year-end financial reports.
· Assist with processing biweekly payroll through ADP.
Requirements:
· Accounting / Business-related Degree
· Small company / accounting team experience
· AP / AR / Payroll / Journal entries
· Excel
· ADP (Plus)
· Sage (Plus)
