Job Responsibilities:
- Receive invoices, route invoices for approval, code invoices appropriately and ensure invoices are processed for payment in timely manner.
- Create invoices and send to appropriate clients
- Receive and post payments
- Review aging reports, send invoices and statements
- Reconciliations
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Must have 3+ years’ accounting experience in similar role
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must have prior experience in QuickBooks
