Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving invoices and routing for proper approval
- Ensure proper coding of invoices
- Receiving and verifying expense reports
- Verifying and receiving credit card transactions.
- Analyze invoices to ensure proper information
- Assist with inquiries on invoices
- Entering the information into the database
- Verify invoices against purchase orders to ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment
- Other assigned duties by supervisor
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to multi-task, be solution focused and meet deadlines.
- Prior AP experience or experience in an accounting support role
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be a self starter
- Ability to work through issues that arise and ask questions when needed
- Must have good communication skills
