Pay: $35 - $40 / hour

Growing, venture-backed technology company is seeking an AP Staff Accountant to support Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and month-end close.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and vendor relationships.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and GL accounting.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Support GAAP reporting, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Help bring additional accounting functions in-house and leverage automation/AI tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- AP and GL accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation experience.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience preferred.
- Comfortable with technology, automation, and learning new systems.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
