Our client, an extremely prestigious Non Profit is in need of an AR/ AP Specialist for a 6+ contract position.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of AR and AP Experience
  • Experience working with multiple cost cost codes

Responsibilities

  • This position will support AP & AR, but a successful candidate would be more focused on AR client invoicing and receiving payments/collections
  • payables, receivables and month end close/GL – along with experience interpreting contracts, strong collections experience and substantial Salesforce experience.  
  • use cost centers and account codes for all invoicing (AP and AR) so clear understanding of costs being associated with a particular project is key
