About Our Client:

Job Description:
The AR Follow Up Specialist will be responsible for following up on high dollar accounts- both over the phone and via insurance portals. This role requires 2+ years of collections experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up with commercial/government payers.
- Analyzing payer contracts
Qualifications:
- Experience with Centricity or Experian is a huge plus!
- Demonstrated background medical collections required.
- Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
- Self-started/team-oriented personality!
