Position: AV Product - Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple ongoing build projects, from initial planning to final deployment and support.
• Collaborate with teammates in design, architecture, operations, and IT to plan, deploy, and manage office technology solutions.
• Provide support for delivered spaces, including troubleshooting audiovisual systems, networking issues, and collaboration tools.
• Work independently to coordinate project activities, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment, networking infrastructure, and collaboration solutions.
• Conduct site walks with vendors, participate in construction meetings, and oversee project progress on-site.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and system configurations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing IT role, with a focus on audiovisual systems and networking.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently.
• Fundamental knowledge of industry-standard audiovisual solutions, including Logitech, Cisco, Shure, Biamp, Dante, Crestron, and Extron.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking infrastructure, including VLANs, WiFi design, and network implementation.
• Experience with Logitech Webex and Cisco collaboration solutions.
• Ability to travel occasionally to project sites and vendor locations.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with reading floor plans and construction documents (CD, SD, DD).
• Experience managing vendors and subcontractors.
• AVIXA training or certification.
