Job: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Location: Houston, TX (North Houston)

Pay: $22-$25 per hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental and vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR and leadership teams.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files accurately and confidentially.
  • Track and manage employee documentation, including compliance-related forms.
  • Support employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed using Excel.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office duties.
  • Coordinate with third parties as needed for HR and onboarding tasks.
  • Support H2B visa documentation and processing (preferred but not required).
  • Handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work occasional overtime as business needs require

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish; written & verbal required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, including HR support duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with onboarding and maintaining employee files.
  • Knowledge of H2B visa process preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
