Our client, a well-known government contractor is looking to add a Bookkeeper to their team. They

are looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience in a working in a government contracting environment! This is an exciting long-term consulting opportunity!!

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·        3-5 years of experience with full cycle accounting

·        Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

·        Performs accounts payable accounting functions, including weekly payroll

·        Prints, verifies & maintains accounts payable reports, open/aging reports, and disbursement reports.

·        Performs accounts receivable functions including billing, processing of invoices and record keeping.

·        Prints monthly statements and sends to customers. Prints, verifies & maintains accounts receivable invoice records, open and aging reports.
