Job Description:
The Classroom Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, ensure compliance, and support organizational culture. This role includes onboarding new employees, creating innovative training materials, and conducting sessions in various formats (in-person and virtual). The position is ideal for individuals passionate about employee development and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and present training programs for onboarding, orientation, and skills development.
- Create engaging learning materials and activities using a variety of methods and platforms.
- Lead training sessions in various settings, including in-person, virtual, and outside of normal business hours when required.
- Ensure that all training complies with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Contribute to employee retention and skill development by providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate best practices into training and update procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a training or instructional role.
- Familiarity with training technologies and systems.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Additional Details:
- Full-time, direct hire position.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Limited travel required to the corporate office in Erie, PA, a few times per year.
- Interview process includes a short presentation as part of the assessment.
