About Our Client: Our client, a leading firm in the legal industry, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join their expanding team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive compensation and excellent growth potential.
Job Description: As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's compliance program, global mobility initiatives, and HR-related diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. You will work closely with the Compliance Specialists to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Compile and analyze compliance and DEI data from HRIS for reporting purposes.
- Verify data accuracy across systems and conduct regular audits to uphold data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and government-mandated reporting.
- Facilitate expatriate package drafting for the global mobility program.
- Support policy and process changes in response to legal requirements.
- Prepare materials for compliance updates and training sessions.
- Contribute to various projects as needed to enhance compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an analytical or compliance-related role.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
