Job Description

Our client is seeking a Concierge professional to deliver exceptional customer service and reservation support to a VIP client base. This role requires a hospitality-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transportation arrangements while ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate transportation bookings and service requests while ensuring all details are accurate and customized to client preferences
  • Deliver a high-end customer experience for executives, frequent travelers, and other premium clientele
  • Identify client needs and recommend transportation options that align with their requirements
  • Manage schedule changes, special accommodations, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional follow-through
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintain detailed records of reservations, client preferences, and communications within internal systems
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment committed to exceeding client expectations

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, travel, aviation, reservations, or another client-facing environment
  • Experience working with VIP clients or providing high-touch customer service is highly preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable working with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications

Soft Skills:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to service excellence

Education:

  • High school diploma required; additional hospitality, business, or customer service training is a plus

Additional Details

  • Must be flexible with scheduling and available for early morning shifts, including start times as early as 5:00 AM
  • Comfortable traveling between locations as business needs require
