Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative will assist customers by phone regarding their banking-related inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to assist customers with account and payment questions.
- Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Clearly explain account information, procedures, and available options.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Meet performance goals related to quality, accuracy, and call volume.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or banking environment preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position offering consistent hours Monday through Friday. Paid training is provided to ensure success in the role.
