Overview
Our client is seeking a Data Solutions Developer to join their technology team in Oklahoma City. This role combines software development, data integration, reporting, and analytics to support business operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience developing applications, working with large datasets, building integrations, and creating reporting solutions that deliver meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business applications, integrations, and automation solutions
- Design and support data pipelines that move and transform information across multiple systems
- Build and maintain APIs and system integrations
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business users and leadership
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Support and enhance existing software applications and databases
- Participate in technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software development, data analytics, or a related technical role
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or similar programming languages
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience developing APIs and system integrations
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Git or other version control tools
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Active Directory integration and enterprise environments
