About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily Human Resources operations and support organizational growth. This position plays a key role in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys developing efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR functions and provide guidance to team members.
- Support hiring efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee records, benefits administration, and payroll documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Partner with leadership to manage performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Participate in employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and exit interviews.
- Recommend process improvements and support HR projects that enhance departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–4 years of HR or office management experience.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience required.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software systems.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
