Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: Up to $34-$38/hour or $75,000 annually

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our HR Information System (HRIS). This role will play a key part in enhancing our HR technology processes, driving efficiency, and supporting our workforce. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, you’ll focus on streamlining HRIS operations and implementing improvements across our U.S. locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration of our HRIS platform, ensuring accurate data management for employee records, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
- Optimize system configurations to support HR processes, including employee self-service tools and communication platforms.
- Monitor system updates, implement enhancements, and manage integrations with external vendors.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees and HR teams on system functionalities.
- Create custom and ad-hoc reports using HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical support to employees and management, resolving HRIS-related inquiries.
- Drive process improvements to standardize HRIS operations across multiple locations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in HRIS administration and technology support.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with teams at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience developing and presenting training materials.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for problem-solving through data-driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro).
- Successfully developed and implemented electronic performance reviews.
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
