Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 / annually

Key Responsibilities
- Patent Application Assistance: Support attorneys in preparing, filing, and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications.
- Docket Oversight: Maintain and track deadlines for patent filings and responses to ensure compliance.
- File & Documentation Management: Organize and maintain accurate records, correspondence, and case files throughout the patent lifecycle.
- Time Tracking: Record billable and non-billable hours related to patent activities with precision.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal administrative training; minimum 5 years of patent prosecution experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with patent docketing systems and USPTO procedures.
- Additional Expertise: Experience with post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, PTAB filings) preferred. Registered Patent Agent status is a plus and may qualify for higher compensation.
