Our client, a well-known and reputable non-profit is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to their
team. They are looking for someone who can start immediately and has experience in a non-profit environment!
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 3-5 years of experience with full cycle payroll
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Must have experience updating service agreements/contracts
Responsibilities
· Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and on time.
· Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding payroll and taxes.
· Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
· Reconcile payroll reports and assist in preparing relevant documentation for audits.
· Stay updated on payroll-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
