Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and integration of solar panels, telematics systems, and tagging equipment
- Perform basic wiring and electrical work on large equipment
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance of power system components
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards in all work performed
- Collaborate with senior technicians and learn best practices through hands-on training
Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a trade school or technical program (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
- Basic understanding of wiring, voltage, and electrical concepts preferred
- Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
- Ability to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
