About Our Client:

Addison Group’s client is seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist for a temporary position to support their office operations and enhance the overall visitor experience.


Job Description:

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, and ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth front-office operations and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist customers, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Answering Phones: Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments and provide accurate information to callers as necessary.
  • Managing Mail: Take messages and ensure timely delivery to the right personnel within the organization.
  • Updating Calendars and Scheduling Meetings: Prepare rooms for meetings and training sessions and maintain calendars for efficient scheduling.
  • Maintaining Security: Monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and adhere to security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, communicating with management, and managing calendars.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including booster, is required.
