Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 / Per Hour dependent on applicable experience

We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR)/Deductions Analyst. This role focuses on supporting deduction management processes across multiple entities and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a transactional accounting background who enjoys problem-solving, investigative work, and working with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer deductions across multiple entities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Fulfillment, and Supply Chain teams to research and resolve deduction issues
- Track, review, and follow up on deduction discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Support the stabilization and ongoing use of a deduction management system
- Assist with reconciliation activities and maintain accurate transactional records
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure visibility and alignment on deduction status
- Contribute to process improvements and help enhance overall deduction management workflows
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in accounting support, deductions, reconciliations, or transactional finance
- Strong organizational and task management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with multiple teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Light accounting knowledge (degree not required but a plus)
- Experience with deduction management systems or ERP tools is a plus
