Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 / Annually (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire

Job Description:

We’re partnering with top-tier professionals in the Dallas area for Executive Assistant opportunities on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. These roles support C-level executives and require a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. If you're a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and executive presence, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports
  • Assist with meeting prep, board materials, and internal/external communications
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across departments and stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Professional demeanor and a high degree of discretion
