Summary:
An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead the deployment of advanced automation and AI-supported digital solutions across enterprise Quality and Regulatory functions. This role will oversee implementation of software platforms that support multiple quality system and regulatory workflows, helping drive operational efficiency and digital modernization initiatives within a regulated environment.
The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical developers, data specialists, quality systems professionals, governance leaders, and global stakeholders. Responsibilities include guiding projects from concept through implementation, coordinating parallel workstreams, and ensuring alignment with established software lifecycle, validation, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop structured project plans and promote clear ownership of deliverables across the project team.
- Estimate project scope, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and milestone tracking using standard project management tools.
- Direct day-to-day project execution through task coordination, schedule management, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams including quality, regulatory, technical development, IT, legal, and global operational groups.
- Monitor project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery and consistent project quality.
- Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership through structured updates and presentations.
- Support adoption of new digital tools by coordinating communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure projects adhere to applicable governance frameworks, validation expectations, and compliance requirements associated with regulated software implementations.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or coordinating technology or software-related projects within a regulated industry environment.
- Professional experience within life sciences, healthcare technology, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sectors.
- Knowledge of change management principles and their application in project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across organizational levels and geographic regions.
- Experience coordinating efforts with both internal teams and external partners or vendors.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables in dynamic or evolving environments.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently drive project outcomes.
