Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of a new retail point-of-sale platform across multiple locations statewide
• Coordinate rollout efforts across retail locations and tourism facilities
• Travel to locations to provide hands-on training and onboarding for staff members
• Develop standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation for POS operations
• Support retail operations during the system transition and ensure locations are fully operational
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical challenges
• Assist with inventory management processes and coordination with warehouse operations
• Track project milestones and ensure implementation deadlines are met
• Provide project status updates and communication to leadership and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong project management experience, preferably supporting technology implementations
• Experience coordinating technology rollouts across multiple locations or sites
• Ability to train and support non-technical users on new systems
• Strong documentation, organization, and process improvement skills
• Comfortable traveling frequently and working autonomously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
