Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional IT teams to support ongoing initiatives and strategic projects
• Monitor initiative timelines, schedules, and task completion to ensure deliverables are met on time
• Organize, schedule, and participate in meetings while documenting action items and follow-ups
• Work closely with Enterprise Analysts, Product Owners, and team members to remove blockers and keep projects moving forward
• Track progress and communicate project status clearly to team members and leadership
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations as needed
• Assist IT leadership with process improvements and operational coordination
• Provide administrative and organizational support for IT initiatives
• Troubleshoot basic conference room or meeting technology issues when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to coordinate the work of team members who are not direct reports
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
• Strong organizational and task tracking abilities
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an IT environment
• Ability to pass background screening and maintain reliable transportation

• Experience supporting IT projects or initiatives in a coordination or junior project management capacity
• Familiarity with QA testing, IT testing, or similar technical support roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
