The Role: Recruiter
As a Recruiter at Addison Group, you’ll play a key role in building high-impact talent pipelines and connecting great people with great opportunities. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role where you’ll identify top talent, build lasting connections, and collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using a mix of tools including internal databases, job boards, and social platforms
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outreach, networking, and consistent follow-up
- Develop meaningful relationships with candidates through calls, meetings, and ongoing communication
- Partner with Business Development Managers to align candidates with client needs and open roles
- Negotiate compensation and successfully close placements in line with company goals
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records for tracking and reporting
- Represent Addison Group with professionalism and enthusiasm at networking events and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Salary - Base ($55k-$65k)+ Commission (uncapped)
