Pay Range: $32.00 – $34.00/hour

About the Role

Addison Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process and help attract top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Develop and post job descriptions across job boards and internal systems
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Extend offers and support negotiation and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including government contracting and corporate roles.
    • Experience recruiting in compliance-driven organizations
    • Background in HR processes and employee life cycle
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
    • ATS experience required
    • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools a plus (BI/Dashboards).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital).
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
    • Proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
