Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 / year
Department Size: HR team of ~4, growing to 10 by year-end

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to serve as a high-impact talent acquisition partner within a rapidly growing organization in the industrial and construction services sector. This individual will lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of exempt and non-exempt roles, including project managers, superintendents, estimators, foremen, skilled trades, field technicians, and other highly specialized electrical, mechanical, and industrial positions.
This role is best suited for a seasoned Recruiter who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, can shift priorities seamlessly, and brings proven success identifying niche talent in competitive markets. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver a high-touch, consultative hiring experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles in construction, industrial services, electrical, and mechanical functions.
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques, market mapping, AI-driven tools, and creative outreach strategies.
- Build deep talent pipelines for craft, technical, project management, and industrial field roles, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified candidates.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives, offering talent insights, market intelligence, and data-based recommendations.
- Assess candidates for technical skill, cultural fit, and long-term organizational value.
- Manage shifting recruiting priorities with urgency, precision, and strong organizational discipline.
- Deliver an exceptional, professional candidate experience aligned with company values.
- Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and industry-related recruiting initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations and HR team goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally within industrial construction, contracting, or related technical environments.
- Demonstrated success recruiting high-volume craft, technical, and field talent.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, high-demand environment.
- Experience hiring in the Texas market, particularly the Dallas–Fort Worth region (strongly preferred).
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement, while contributing as a collaborative team player.
- Strong alignment with a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and partnership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related discipline.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience supporting an HR team in a scaling or growth-stage environment.
