Overview: Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to provide frontline IT support for end users across hardware, software, peripherals, and account-related services. This role combines phone-based and deskside support responsibilities, helping employees resolve technical issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with ticketing systems, and a customer-first mindset. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative IT environment supporting a variety of technologies and end-user needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, and end-user technology issues. Log, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests through established ticketing processes. Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and manage support requests. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, conference room technology, and software applications. Support Microsoft 365 applications and related end-user issues. Assist with user account management including password resets, account lockouts, and multi-factor authentication support. Provision and deploy end-user devices and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve printer, desktop, and peripheral issues. Escalate complex issues with detailed documentation, troubleshooting steps, and supporting information. Collaborate with other IT team members to support daily operations and project initiatives. Participate in on-call support rotations as assigned. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support procedures.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years of professional IT support experience. Experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and end-user support. Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, conference room technology, and related hardware. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard business applications. Experience with account administration, password management, and multi-factor authentication. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in both phone-based and deskside support environments. Relevant IT certifications are a plus but not required.
