Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive
• Support Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, identity, and resource management
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, group policies, and user access controls
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across servers and endpoints
• Troubleshoot server, application, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and modernization initiatives
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration standards
• Provide escalation support for desktop and application-related issues as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong experience administering Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online)
• Experience supporting Azure cloud services and hybrid environments
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD administration
• Experience with server patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V preferred)
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
