Job Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume PO and non-PO vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform detailed 3-way match (PO, invoice, receiving) to verify pricing, quantities, and approvals.
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with purchasing, receiving, and vendors.
- Prepare weekly payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure proper tax documentation (e.g., W-9 collection and updates).
- Reconcile vendor statements and research aging items to ensure accounts remain current.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong communication to support positive relationships.
Requirements:
- 3 + years' of experience working in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, etc.) and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
