Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of several high-visibility marketing campaigns. This person will manage projects from initial planning through final delivery, working closely with internal creative and marketing teams, external agencies, influencers, and other partners.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing and project management, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing big-picture goals with the day-to-day details needed to keep projects on track. This is an individual contributor role that requires someone who can independently manage priorities, communicate effectively, and take ownership without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of multiple brand marketing campaigns, ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule.
- Coordinate with internal departments, creative teams, external agencies, vendors, and influencer partners to keep deliverables moving forward.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking documents.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and campaign deliverables, including creative briefs, content submissions, reviews, approvals, and launch preparation.
- Support the development and execution of ongoing brand storytelling initiatives across social media, digital content, paid media, and other marketing channels.
- Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions, and communicate follow-up items and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or roadblocks, and proactively work toward solutions.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for leadership, highlighting progress, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Track campaign deliverables and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and post-launch recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in marketing project management, brand marketing, campaign operations, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, including platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Must be comfortable building spreadsheets, using formulas, manipulating data, and creating reports.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA is required.
- Familiarity with Google Forms and other project tracking or collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Must have recent experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
Additional Details
- This is a fully remote, 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.
- The position is scheduled for 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays off.
- The anticipated start date is approximately one week following an accepted offer.
- Interviews will consist of two rounds with members of the marketing leadership team.
