About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring a Strategic Revenue Enablement Manager for our client, a growing technology organization operating in the B2B SaaS space. This role will support a revenue organization and take a leading role in coordinating a major annual Revenue Kickoff program.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement professional with strong program management skills who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex timelines, working with senior stakeholders, and facilitating high-visibility programs.

The Strategic Revenue Enablement Manager will support the development and execution of revenue enablement initiatives designed to improve sales effectiveness and organizational alignment. Approximately 75% of the role will be dedicated to planning and executing the company's upcoming Revenue Kickoff (RKO), while the remaining 25% will focus on broader revenue enablement initiatives.
This position is particularly focused on program management and execution rather than traditional instructional design. The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders, manage project plans and deadlines, assist with session development, and facilitate several sessions during the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day project coordination for the Revenue Kickoff program, keeping deliverables and milestones on track.
- Partner with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to coordinate event content, speakers, and session planning.
- Maintain project plans, task boards, timelines, and action items across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and proactively communicate project updates, risks, and outstanding items.
- Help develop and organize presentations, training materials, enablement resources, and supporting content.
- Facilitate approximately 3–4 sessions during the Revenue Kickoff event.
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the planning and execution of the program.
- Support additional revenue enablement initiatives outside of the RKO program.
- Work with revenue leadership to identify opportunities to improve team performance through training, resources, and enablement programs.
- Gather feedback and utilize available data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with other strategic go-to-market initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, GTM enablement, or a related field.
- Strong program or project management background with experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting or leading large-scale sales meetings, kickoffs, training programs, or corporate events.
- Comfortable facilitating presentations, training sessions, executive briefings, and large-group meetings.
- Experience working directly with senior sales or revenue leaders.
- B2B SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred; cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Canva preferred.
- Familiarity with Highspot, Gong, or similar sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
Additional Details:
- Targeting an early October start date.
- Contract expected to run through approximately mid-March 2027.
- Approximately 75% of the assignment will be focused on the Revenue Kickoff program, with the remaining 25% dedicated to general revenue enablement.
- The client has an established framework for the Revenue Kickoff, so this individual will be responsible for executing and coordinating against an existing program structure.
- Some overtime is expected during the weeks leading up to the Revenue Kickoff.
- This is a remote position, with on-site attendance required for the Revenue Kickoff event. Event location and timing will be confirmed.
- The role requires flexibility to collaborate across EST and PST time zones.
