Job Description:
This role focuses on supporting real estate transactions by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with detailed information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and prepare transaction-related documents for processing
- Audit files to confirm accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with third-party vendors, including court reporting offices, to obtain necessary information
- Assist with administrative aspects of mortgage and real estate transactions
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Prior experience in title services and familiarity with Simplifile required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
