Addison Group is partnering with a growing healthcare-focused consulting organization seeking an experienced Recruiter to support ongoing hiring initiatives. This organization works with clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors and is looking for a recruiting professional who can help attract top talent across specialized business functions.
Job Description:
The Part-Time Contract Recruiter will manage recruitment efforts for a variety of professional-level positions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and organizational leadership to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through the hiring process. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and facilitate interview coordination.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
- Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within an applicant tracking system.
- Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Prior experience recruiting within consulting, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, analytics, or professional services environments preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience identifying passive talent.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote work environment.
