About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term employment. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative recruiting team and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple business functions.
Job Description:
The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of professional and corporate positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and help drive hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for professional-level openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting guidance.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for IT, Finance, Accounting, or other professional-level positions.
- Strong ability to manage multiple openings in a high-volume environment.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
- Work Environment: Primarily in-office with remote work available on Fridays after training.
- Employment Type: 6-8 month contract with opportunity for permanent hire.
- Start Date: ASAP.
