Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Job Description:
The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of hourly, skilled, and professional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the pre-employment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for positions across manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend effective recruiting approaches.
- Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records.
- Guide candidates through the offer, background check, and pre-employment process.
- Coordinate with staffing partners supporting contingent workforce hiring.
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and HR systems.
- Support workforce planning initiatives and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in recruiting events and community outreach to build talent pipelines.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience is required.
- Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
