Schedule: M-F 7:00-4:00pm

Description:
The Human Resources Manager provides strategic and consultative guidance to drive effective human capital solutions aligned with business goals and objectives. This role works closely with HR leadership to establish procedures to analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. This role maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations. Collaborates with leadership on special projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area.
· 7+ years experience in a Human Resources.
· Multi state experience (employment laws, etc).
· Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting.
· Travel required.
Preferred:
· Experience in rigging, manufacturing, construction, or mining industries preferred.
· Payroll experience, as a backup, a plus.
· SHRM or HRCI certified professional preferred.
· Bilingual, nice to have.
· PE (Private equity) experience.
· Experience working mergers and acquisitions.
