Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 DOE

Overview
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, processing orders, providing quotes, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order entry. Support customers with documentation such as RMAs, credit applications, resale certificates, credit card authorizations, and W-9 forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders.
- Verify order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and update the ERP system.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, shipping, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve backorders or shipment issues.
- Support team goals, train new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Adobe, and ERP systems (Oracle or MAS400 preferred).
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a paperless environment is a plus.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a related industry.
