Employment Type: Temporary (3 months)

Pay Rate: $21–$24/hour (dependent on experience)


About the Role:

We’re seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant to join a busy and collaborative leasing team within a real estate organization focused on multi-family and single-family housing. This is a temporary position supporting a high-volume leasing team with backend administrative tasks. The right candidate will be tech-savvy, personable, and licensed in real estate in the state of Florida.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including data entry, scheduling, email and phone communications.
  • Manage MLS postings and updates; must have access via an active FL real estate license.
  • Utilize systems such as Yardi, Outlook, and Salesforce.
  • Support leasing agents with document preparation, system updates, and back-office processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective renters, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License and MLS access – required, no flexibility.
  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in multi-family, single-family, or apartment leasing.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; comfortable learning new systems and tech platforms.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
