Assignment Type: Contract
Compensation: $23 - $25 / hr
Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (summer schedule)
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully On-Site

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administration of a large-scale procurement card program, including issuing cards, updating profiles, adjusting spending limits, and maintaining account records
• Review procurement card and expense transactions for compliance and policy adherence
• Utilize Concur, PaymentNet, and AI-driven auditing software to monitor and investigate flagged transactions
• Audit high-volume financial transactions and follow up on unusual or non-compliant activity
• Provide customer support to employees regarding procurement card usage, travel expenses, and reimbursement processes
• Generate reports and analyze financial transaction data using Excel and internal systems
• Coordinate with banking partners, internal departments, and vendors regarding account maintenance and issue resolution
• Support training and education efforts related to procurement card and expense policies
• Assist with virtual card and declining balance card program administration as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; additional business coursework or certifications preferred
• 3+ years of procurement card, accounts payable, expense management, or related financial operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Concur required
• Experience with PaymentNet or similar procurement card platforms preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment handling sensitive financial information
