Location: Richfield, MN (This is a fully onsite role location in Richfield, MN. Only local candidates will be eligible for consideration).
Pay Rate: $65 - $75K annually dependent on applicable experience.

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established company in Richfield to identify a Treasury Accountant with strong experience in cash receivables and overall cash management. This position plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, with a focus on accuracy, visibility, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, reconcile, and report on daily cash activity across multiple accounts
- Manage and apply cash receipts from a variety of sources (retail, online, wholesale, etc.)
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and assist with cash flow reporting
- Support short-term cash forecasting and treasury reporting
- Assist with treasury-related month-end and year-end close activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support process improvements
- Collaborate closely with AR, AP, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or treasury roles, with a strong emphasis on cash receivables
- Experience using NetSuite is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with accounting/ERP systems
Compensation & Benefits:
