Compensation: $32 - $35/hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Responsibilities:
- Enter accounts payable invoices received and match them against PO’s when applicable.
- Process vendor payments according to their due date and payment method.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain good filing practices and stewardship over paper and electronic records.
- Analysis on purchase orders received not billed and propose resolution to resolve.
- Support work related to the annual audit and other projects.
- Work closely with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of accounts payable and inventory processes
- Experience using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to record, store, and analyze financial data. Experience with the Acumatica platform a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in business required, accounting or finance coursework a plus.
- At least two years of experience in an administrative role with related responsibilities, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
