Our client, a Multi-Site Services Organization is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist team. Great culture, with room for growth.
Requirements
· 3 - 5+ years of experience in accounts payable – with high volume environment (300 invoices a day)
· Experience with Large ERP stem
· Experience working in a complex multi-entity environment preferred
Job Description:
· Process vendor invoices including verification, coding, data entry, and issue resolution
· Support daily accounts payable operations including payment processing and reconciliations
· Assist with month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records
· Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain organized documentation and tracking for invoices and related transactions
· Assist with resolving discrepancies and improving operational workflows
· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to meet deadlines and business needs
· Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
