Job Description:
Addison Group is working with our client to hire an Administrative Support Specialist for a contract role. This individual will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and supporting title release processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide accurate information related to account status
- Generate payoff quotes, invoices, and related customer documentation
- Manage title and lien release processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed
- Assist customers with online registration and account setup
- Maintain and update records, reports, and customer files
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or required documentation
- Support the front desk or other administrative areas as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
