Our client helps streamline billing operations and improve the patient financial experience through administrative support, payment processing, and insurance-related services.


Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to support patient financial services and administrative operations. This position focuses on assisting patients with billing inquiries, insurance updates, and payment processing while also handling documentation and reporting tasks that support the revenue cycle workflow.

This role is ideal for someone with patient financial services, medical billing, or healthcare administrative experience who enjoys interacting with patients and maintaining organized financial records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with billing questions, payment arrangements, insurance updates, and financial assistance applications
  • Process patient payments and ensure proper documentation and secure handling of funds
  • Open, organize, and batch incoming mail and scan documentation into internal systems
  • Prepare and process checks for electronic bank deposits
  • Generate and maintain daily payment batch reports from the POS system
  • Prepare and mail paper claims with required documentation and signatures when needed
  • Perform general administrative support tasks related to patient accounts and financial services

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in Patient Financial Services (PFS), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or healthcare billing preferred
  • Experience assisting patients with insurance benefits, copays, billing questions, or payment collection
  • Administrative or office support experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reports

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Patient interaction volume typically ranges from 10–15 patients per day, occasionally higher
  • Systems used include practice management and hospital systems (training provided)
  • Contract-to-hire position
