Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for supporting maintenance operations, coordinating service-related activities, and delivering exceptional customer support to residents and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:

• Track and maintain service request queues, dashboards, and workflow systems to help ensure timely completion of maintenance and property-related tasks.

• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for field personnel to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

• Review work order estimates and supporting documentation to confirm scope, pricing, and compliance with established approval guidelines.

• Assist with utility account research and coordination to help ensure services are activated promptly for vacant properties.

• Support the administration of property possession processes, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and property cleanout activities when required.

• Maintain accurate records and perform additional administrative duties to support departmental operations.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in a customer service, administrative support, or operations-focused role.

• Exposure to property management, facilities maintenance, construction, or related industries is preferred.

• Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience working with Adobe products.
